TW is a twin unit. This is two window units and one mull. TR is a triple unit. So it has three window units and two mulls.
If you need fall protection (rather than install railings) you can use a fixed window installed under the 4 TRACK windows. The fixed window can be flex glazing or glass- your choice as we provide both options.

The aluminum components of the frame. Sash members are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the windows. The powder coated paint finish is warranted against blistering, peeling, cracking or shipping from normal intended usage for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to the original purchaser. The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in material obstruction of vision and cracking for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery by DIY Porch Enclosures. The screen and moving parts shall be warranted for a period of (2) years on the material only from the date of delivery by DIY Porch Enclosures.
Either the vinyl cleaner and preservative, Woolite and water or Murphy's Oil Soap and water. About a capful to one gallon of water. Dry with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals such as ammonia.
